About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team at RAC of WA. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • First and Second Level IT Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Incident Management: Identify, document, and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Problem Management: Analyze and resolve recurring technical issues, implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and update our knowledge base with accurate and up-to-date information on technical issues and resolutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, providing regular updates on technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, network connectivity, and hardware-related issues.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and technical requirements, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
