About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical support to all staff, manage and support users of our Apple fleet and Office 365, and set up workstations, printers, iPads, and other devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support to all staff, both in-office and mobile, ensuring seamless productivity and minimal downtime.
  • Manage and support users of Office 365, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) systems, ensuring secure and efficient access to company resources.
  • Set up and configure workstations, printers, iPads, and other devices, ensuring they meet the company's technical standards.
  • Collaborate with our Network Engineer to deliver and maintain comprehensive IT services, ensuring our systems are always up-to-date and running smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new employees on IT systems and protocols, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Requirements
  • Experience in providing IT support in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent knowledge of Jamf and Apple Device Management, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot devices efficiently.
  • Proficiency in managing and supporting Office 365, SSO, and 2FA systems, ensuring secure and efficient access to company resources.
  • Familiarity with Lab Information Systems, with the ability to integrate and support these systems effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
