Role Overview


The Disciplinary Compliance Specialist plays a vital role in assessing cases, preparing documentation compliant with legislative requirements to initiate proceedings, evaluating submissions, recommending outcomes, and making determinations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review briefs of evidence and submissions to recommend disciplinary actions.
  2. Prepare Notices to Show Cause and decisions regarding disciplinary measures.
  3. Provide instructions to legal officers and counsel in appeals to tribunals and other courts, including reviewing relevant documents and evidence.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as investigators, inspectors, legal officers, counsel, and executives.
  5. Supervise and manage a small team.
