Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements by reviewing information against documentation. You will also classify products using Amazon tools and address deviations from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with your manager and experts.

As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will prioritize tasks using reports to meet quality, productivity, and service targets. You may identify improvement opportunities, such as automating reports with Excel, and contribute to SOP refinement.

You will share expertise in knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor peers. Additionally, you will foster an inclusive and equitable culture that empowers employees with opportunities for learning and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Review product information against regulatory documentation to ensure compliance for Amazon listings.
  • Classify products using Amazon tools and address deviations from SOPs in collaboration with your manager and experts.
  • Prioritize tasks using reports to meet quality, productivity, and service targets.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to SOP refinement.
  • Share expertise in knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor peers.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data queries
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with logical and creative approaches
  • Commitment to research and data interpretation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications
  • Thai B1+ (or equivalent) proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • English B2+ (or equivalent) proficiency in verbal and written communication
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance management, including working with government agencies
  • 2+ years experience in Business Process Outsourcing across domains such as accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, or quality assurance
