Compliance Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our team and support our business in ensuring operational compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role will involve providing guidance and oversight on all aspects of compliance, including risk management and control frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of compliance within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working in a similar role. They will also possess a deep understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on compliance matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on compliance activities.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • A degree in a relevant field such as law, finance or business.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
