Job Title: Compensation Expert

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Expert to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in processing end-to-end Malaysia payroll, with a strong understanding of Excel and mathematical ability.

The Compensation Expert will be responsible for reviewing and processing client's payroll transactions efficiently, conducting timely and accurate processing of cyclical events, ensuring validation of payroll data, and adhering to quality standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process client's payroll transactions efficiently within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct timely and accurate processing of cyclical events including month end, statutory reports and year end related activities.
  • Ensure validation of payroll data.
  • Ensure compliance with required statutory obligations.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 - 4 years of experience in processing end to end Malaysia payroll.
  • Ability to showcase working knowledge on Excel is expected.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge in Social Security, Taxation and Money movement/lodgment is desired.
