Our Melbourne office boasts extensive experience in national statutory compensation management, working closely with prominent organizations such as WorkSafe Victoria and the Transport Accident Commission (TAC).

As a Senior Associate, you will provide expert advice and representation in matters across The Magistrates Court of Victoria, County Court of Victoria, and The Supreme Court of Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely, technically excellent advice to clients;
  • Manage litigation files responsibly, supported by mentorship when needed;
  • Possess sound client and file management skills;
  • Work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

We seek a qualified candidate with expertise in Accident Compensation Act, Work Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act, and Transport Accident Act 1986. Candidates with adjacent jurisdiction experience in insurance, personal injuries litigation, and HR/IR are also encouraged to apply.
