Are you a strategic thinker with expertise in Human Resources and Technology? We're seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our advisory group, you'll drive business transformation through innovative insights, adapting methods and practices to meet project needs.Our ideal candidate has a relevant degree or qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology or Information Systems. They have experience working with different HR systems and processes, including process review and design. A strong understanding of HR Technology-related business challenges and how to improve people and business experience is also essential.Key responsibilities will include:
  • Creating innovative insights for clients
  • Developing and implementing HR Transformation projects across various sectors
  • Leveraging previous HR Technology experience to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, technology solutions, reports, presentations and other project deliverables
Skills and attributes for success include:
  • Relevant degree or qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology or Information Systems
  • Experience working with different HR systems and processes
  • Strong understanding of HR Technology-related business challenges
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and relationships effectively
