Strategic HR Partner Opportunity

Clemenger Group is currently seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Partner to join our national team on an initial 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and provide support across all companies in the Melbourne office.
  • Partner with creative businesses to engage and build capability in bringing culture, values, and EVP to life.
  • Manage employee engagement and performance processes for stakeholders.
  • Lead process improvements and initiatives that enhance the employee experience using systems, data, and metrics.

Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline are essential, along with minimum 12 months experience in a business partner role. Experience in administration of systems and software is preferred, as well as end-to-end program management and sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
