Job Title:

A key member of the human resources team, providing expert advice and support to employees and managers across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer proactive guidance on HR procedures, recruitment, employment law, and employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on matters such as absence management, conflict resolution, and termination processes.
  • Develop strong relationships across the organization to promote initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing and engagement.
Policy & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR policies, procedures, and supplier contracts in line with current legislation and company standards.
  • E nsure compliance with local labor law and internal regulations.
Benefits Management:
  • Analyze and assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance and implement benefits programs such as pensions, private health care, income protection, group life insurance, and other health and well-being schemes.
Projects & Initiatives:
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Support international HR efforts and contribute to organizational success.
