Job Overview

The Senior People and Culture Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic human resources initiatives, workforce planning, organisational design, and transformational change across various channels and enabling functions.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 People and Culture Partners to drive business outcomes.
  • Build influential partnerships with senior business leaders to shape the organisation's strategy and vision.
  • Partner closely with Growth Channels & Customer Supply Chain leadership to deliver people and culture initiatives.
  • Utilise analytics and insights to continuously improve people practices and contribute to business growth.
  • Manage transformational change projects and embed desired culture and behaviours within the organisation.

About You

  • A proven HR Business Partner and/or Organisational Development expert, ideally with experience in FMCG or complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and employee relations expertise.
  • A history of driving accountability and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in leading change and transformation projects to drive organisational success.
  • An undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
  • Leadership experience highly regarded.
