About the Role

UGL's Manufacturing & Maintenance business is seeking a Systems Specialist to join our Asset Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide cross-domain information system support to enhance the performance of Asset Performance Engineers, Asset Applications Engineers, Maintenance Operations Centre (MOC) Technicians, and workshop trade staff.
  • Support information system development for new contracts and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet evolving business needs.
  • Focus on eliminating systems and processes that cause duplication and fragmentation of operational data.
About You:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT/IS, or similar, or extensive experience in information system development and integration.
  • Experience: Expertise in information systems design, development, and implementation, with a preference for those related to asset management.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in analysing business requirements.
  • SAP asset management experience is highly valued.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and build effective relationships across all levels.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
