Primary Responsibilities
- Asset Oversight: Lead the management and verification of the annual asset inventory for medical equipment and instruments, ensuring ongoing accuracy and compliance within the Asset & Facilities Management Online platform.
- System Management: Oversee a centralized system dedicated to monitoring equipment modifications by suppliers, guaranteeing seamless operations and prompt updates.
- P2P Billing and Invoicing: Manage the P2P invoicing and billing procedures, collaborating with various stakeholders including finance, laboratories, operations, and asset management.
