Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Project and possess a strong background in asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement MS Project Systems: Design and implement MS Project systems tailored to clients' specific requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and technologies.
  2. Provide Comprehensive Training: Offer comprehensive training sessions for clients and internal team members on the effective use of MS Project tools and features.
  3. Configure MS Project: Configure MS Project to meet unique project needs, including setting up templates, workflows, and reporting structures.
  4. Address and Resolve Issues: Address and resolve any issues or challenges related to MS Project usage, offering ongoing support and solutions as needed.
  5. Create and Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, training materials, and user guides.
  6. Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and offer tailored recommendations and solutions.
  7. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest MS Project updates and industry best practices to ensure the use of cutting-edge techniques and tools.
Qualifications
  1. Proven Experience with MS Project: Proven experience with MS Project, including system implementation, customization, and user training.
  2. Strong Understanding of Asset Management Principles: Strong understanding of asset management principles and project management methodologies.
  3. Effective Training Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.
  4. Excellent Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  5. Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
