Position: Asset Manager

Role Overview

The Asset Manager will engage with various stakeholders and spearhead internal initiatives to uphold financial accuracy throughout the procurement-to-payment (P2P) cycle. This position entails ensuring data precision and delivering valuable insights to facilitate strategic decision-making, ultimately enhancing performance and value across statewide assets.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Asset Oversight: Take ownership of the annual establishment and verification of the asset inventory for medical equipment and instruments, ensuring continuous accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
  • System Management: Oversee a centralized platform for monitoring equipment modifications by suppliers, guaranteeing seamless operations and prompt updates.
  • P2P Financial Processes: Manage the invoicing and billing procedures within the P2P framework, collaborating with various stakeholders including finance, laboratory operations, and asset management teams.
