We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our team for a 12 months fixed term assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow using modules including ITSM, CSM, FSM and EAM on a mission critical project.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Configure, develop and customize core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, FSM and EAM
  • Architect and implement integrations with third-party systems (SailPoint, Jira, SCCM, Azure, GCP) using REST/SOAP APIs, Service Graph Connectors, and other relevant technologies
  • Automate service provisioning and deprovisioning using Flow Designer, orchestrations, and custom scripts
  • Establish and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) within ServiceNow, ensuring secure and efficient user provisioning
  • Develop Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies and workflows, including role assignments, approvals, and auditing

To succeed in this position, you will be a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer who has experience in development, installation and configuration for ServiceNow across multiple modules such as ITSM, CSM, FSM and EAM. You will also have experience with implementing and managing discovery for accurate CI detection along with maintaining robust CMDB structures and developing CSDM framework. Advanced integration experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs is also a requirement. Excellent problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills are a must.

You will be required to hold ServiceNow Certifications and have a Bachelor Degree.
