You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Solution Development: Design, implement and maintain ServiceNow components to meet organisational requirements.
- Platform Configuration: Configure ServiceNow modules and integrations to align with business goals, ensuring security, cost efficiency and high platform performance.
- Best Practices Implementation: Lead the implementation of platform best practices for development, deployment, release and Evergreen maintenance, while remediating customisations and supporting continuous updates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts and stakeholders to consolidate requirements, support automation, improve integration and deliver valuable, documented solutions.
- Platform Operations: Coordinate platform operations, including resource scheduling, reporting, workload management, process improvement, mentoring team members and engaging with vendors to maintain a best-practice implementation.
- Ideal candidate is an experienced ITSM specialist with a background as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, Developer, Technical Business Analyst or System Administrator.
- Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills in complex, customised ServiceNow environments, with a preference for low-code, out-of-the-box solutions.
- Shows accountability for end-to-end design, ensuring stability, scalability and sustainable outcomes.
- Holds or is willing to maintain ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect or System Administrator; bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent, with ITIL certification highly regarded.
- Brings hands-on ServiceNow expertise in administration, development and architecture; skilled in ITSM operations, stakeholder workshops, cybersecurity, documentation, automation and orchestration.
Necessary Skills: strong knowledge of ServiceNow, experience in ITSM operations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team, strong communication and project management skills.
