We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IT Operations Management Specialist to excel in our team at Melbourne, Australia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITOM modules, developing and managing Service Portal components, and ensuring optimal performance and functionality of ITOM processes across the ServiceNow platform.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
  • Develop and manage Service Portal components, ensuring a seamless user experience for stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Ensure optimal performance and functionality of ITOM processes across the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with ITSM (IT Service Management), development, and infrastructure teams to align ITOM with business objectives and workflows.
  • Develop and execute integration plans to link ITOM with external systems, tools, and environments.
  • Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and optimizing the ITOM processes.
  • Lead and support ServiceNow ITOM-related upgrades, enhancements, and patches.
  • Design automation workflows for IT operations and improve operational efficiency.
  • Create and manage custom workflows within the Service Portal to improve IT self-service capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM) certification.
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow ITOM with third-party tools or platforms (e.g., monitoring tools, CMDBs, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integrating with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of network and infrastructure operations, including monitoring tools and processes.
