Key Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Servicenow expert to join our team. As a Senior SME/Architect, you will serve as the subject matter expert in the ServiceNow platform, leading the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and aligned solutions.
Core Responsibilities:- Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Develop and implement ServiceNow architectures that meet business goals and IT strategies.
- Service Design & Development: Design high-level architectures for complex ServiceNow implementations.
- Platform Governance: Define and enforce governance practices for the ServiceNow platform.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and junior architects.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions are designed with security, compliance, and data privacy in mind.
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD modules.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience managing the ServiceNow Platform.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
