Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow using various modules including ITSM, CSM, FSM, and EAM.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, developing, and customising core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, FSM, and EAM. They will also be required to architect and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Service Graph Connectors, and other relevant technologies.

Key responsibilities include automating service provisioning and deprovisioning using Flow Designer, orchestrations, and custom scripts. The individual will also be responsible for establishing and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) within ServiceNow, ensuring secure and efficient user provisioning.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in developing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies and workflows, including role assignments, approvals, and auditing.

To succeed in this position, the candidate must have advanced integration experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Holding ServiceNow Certifications is also highly desirable.

  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow development, installation, and configuration across multiple modules including ITSM, CSM, FSM, and EAM.
  • Advanced integration experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • ServiceNow Certifications.
