The Role of a Senior ServiceNow Developer entails crafting and implementing sophisticated ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and IT strategies. This involves overseeing the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring architecture is scalable, secure, and in line with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Design high-level architectures for complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules
- Develop technical roadmaps for ServiceNow platform
- Provide technical guidance to developers and administrators
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Ensure solutions are designed with security, compliance, and data privacy in mind
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are executed according to agreed timelines
- Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD and other modules
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and guide a technical team
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- 8+ years of experience managing the ServiceNow Platform
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Good to have ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Certification
