Job Title: ServiceNow IT Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, implement, and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules for optimal performance and functionality.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and managing Service Portal components for a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules for optimal performance and functionality.
  • Develop and manage Service Portal components for a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to align ITOM with business objectives and workflows.
  • Develop and execute integration plans to link ITOM with external systems, tools, and environments.
  • Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and optimizing the ITOM processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow ITOM with third-party tools or platforms.
  • Familiarity with Cloud environments and integrating with ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM) certification.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires strong technical skills and experience working with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
