Job Title:
Customer Service ProfessionalWe are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Professional. This role involves providing exceptional service and support to candidates, ensuring a smooth and secure exam delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized assistance to candidates, responding to their inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized testing environment, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with testing procedures and company policies, escalating any issues or breaches promptly.
- Proctor and invigilate exams, ensuring the integrity of the testing process and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, collaborating with internal departments to resolve problems efficiently.
- Escalate policy breaches to relevant business personnel, ensuring prompt action is taken to maintain the quality of our services.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming and sanitizing equipment, to maintain a safe and healthy testing environment.
- Other ad hoc duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience is preferred, with experience proctoring or invigilating exams being highly desirable.
- Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- The ability to sit for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds independently is required.
- The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a quiet testing environment, hearing soft voices, and seeing details from a distance.
