Job Title:

Customer Service Professional

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Professional. This role involves providing exceptional service and support to candidates, ensuring a smooth and secure exam delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized assistance to candidates, responding to their inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized testing environment, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with testing procedures and company policies, escalating any issues or breaches promptly.
  • Proctor and invigilate exams, ensuring the integrity of the testing process and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, collaborating with internal departments to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Escalate policy breaches to relevant business personnel, ensuring prompt action is taken to maintain the quality of our services.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming and sanitizing equipment, to maintain a safe and healthy testing environment.
  • Other ad hoc duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience is preferred, with experience proctoring or invigilating exams being highly desirable.
  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • The ability to sit for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds independently is required.
  • The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a quiet testing environment, hearing soft voices, and seeing details from a distance.
