We're seeking a professional to join our team as a Customer Service and Admin Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in call centres or high-volume phone-based roles, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry and invoicing
- Assist with end-of-month reporting and other business activities
- Recent experience in call centre or high-volume phone-based role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A car is required for daily commute due to limited public transport
- Full-time availability (Mon-Fri)
