About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients via telephone and email.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to inbound telephony and email inquiries regarding supports and services associated with our client's public service.
  2. Navigate operating procedures and knowledge articles to provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding our client's public service.
  3. Summarize customer interactions in writing in our operating system and database.

What You'll Need:

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy, resilience, and a genuine understanding of customer emotions and situations.
  • A willingness to learn how to navigate multiple screens and information systems.
  • Comfort in working within defined processes and procedures, with guidance and support along the way.
