About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients via telephone and email.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound telephony and email inquiries regarding supports and services associated with our client's public service.
- Navigate operating procedures and knowledge articles to provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding our client's public service.
- Summarize customer interactions in writing in our operating system and database.
What You'll Need:
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathy, resilience, and a genuine understanding of customer emotions and situations.
- A willingness to learn how to navigate multiple screens and information systems.
- Comfort in working within defined processes and procedures, with guidance and support along the way.
