  • Manage product and service inquiries, offering tailored advice, alternatives, and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order data for smooth follow-up and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service, preferably within a consumer-focused or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex information into simple language.
  • Patience and empathy when supporting senior customers or those with accessibility needs.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and MS Office, with SAP experience highly regarded.
