Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications to support stakeholder enquiries and client referrals
  • Assess the nature of calls and respond appropriately, including transferring to an appropriate staff member or escalation process if required
  • Accurately record client information in the management system during interactions
  • Manage varied customer interactions, of varying nature, each day
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of funding programs and fee schedules as applied to our services
  • Provide exceptional customer service across all interactions
