Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager is a critical role within our organisation, responsible for delivering long-term sustainable value to our customers through innovative equipment solutions.

This position involves building and strengthening relationships across multiple sites and functions, ensuring that products, technologies, and services are aligned with operational and strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include developing account strategies, executing sales plans, driving innovation and value delivery, managing commercial relationships, forecasting, and operational planning, as well as issue management.

A successful candidate will be a listener who prioritises customer needs, possess excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills, be able to balance customer advocacy with favourable commercial outcomes, and demonstrate strong collaboration skills.

Prior experience in business development, account management, or general sales is desirable, along with technical aptitude, a willingness to travel extensively, and exposure to mining and related industries.
