Key Account Manager Role

As a strategic partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative equipment solutions to customers. This position is responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders across multiple operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage complex customer relationships, and have a strong understanding of surface and underground mining operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure measurable value delivery
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify and promote innovations that align with customer goals
  • Manage contract performance and lead commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate customer demand and align internal planning
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in strategic account management or technical sales
  • Strong understanding of surface and/or underground mining operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value, complex customer relationships
  • Experience working in or supporting remote mining operations is advantageous
