Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator
Job DetailsThe Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and planning via SimPRO, client communication, invoicing and timesheet processing, and liaising with site technicians and trades labour pool.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive team environment with on-the-job training. As a senior member of the team, you will receive paid overtime compensation for all hours worked beyond regular working hours.
- Able to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize scheduling activities is essential for this role, particularly experience in planning, coordination or administration within trades, facilities or service industries.
- Familiarity with SimPRO or similar job management software is also required.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities are necessary to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy is crucial.
