Job Overview

The Scheduling Coordinator position is a vital role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and managing the schedule and planning of the technical workforce in a fast-paced environment.

This dynamic role requires a skilled professional who can effectively monitor, control, and manage daily schedules and planning for the technical workforce. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess strong analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily schedules and planning for the technical workforce.
  • Prepare for quick turnarounds and ensure activities are closed down efficiently.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with suppliers and customers; respond to immediate or emergency issues.
  • Raise issues as needed to ensure jobs are completed on time; coordinate with engineers to ensure tablets are used correctly.
  • Communicate with Meter Workers and Technical Managers to resolve any flagged issues.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in an office setting with good judgment and decision-making under time constraints.
  • Exceptional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively.
