
Technical Scheduler Coordinator

The key objective of this position is to oversee and manage the scheduling process for our technical workforce in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure seamless day-to-day schedule management and planning for our technical team.
- Maintain efficient schedules and ensure activities are properly closed down.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders via telephone to address immediate or emergency issues.
- Capture and escalate any critical concerns to ensure timely completion of tasks; coordinate with engineers on proper tablet usage.
- Foster collaboration between Meter Workers and Technical Managers to resolve flagged issues.
- Ability to work effectively in an office setting, applying sound judgment and decision-making under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in phone interactions.
- Analytical mindset with strong prioritization abilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a drive to develop professionally within the organization.
