Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your consultative selling skills and expertise to convert qualified leads into committed buyers. You will be the first point of contact for clients referred by our network, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the buying process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified inbound appointments and conduct structured discovery and strategy calls to build trust and secure upfront payments.
  • Help clients understand the benefits of using a Buyer's Agent and address any objections or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts using CRM tools, ensuring seamless collaboration with our Buyer's agent team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in high-value sales or a related field, preferably in real estate, mortgage broking, or financial services.
  • Strong ability to close sales and handle objections with a customer-first approach, leveraging deep product knowledge and market insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and other sales technology platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with mortgage brokers, buyer's agents, or financial advisors.
  • Property ownership or investment experience, with firsthand knowledge of the buying process.
