Property Acquisition Specialist

This is a rare opportunity to work with a high-performing property group that excels in delivering complex commercial and industrial projects, generating exceptional returns for investors.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sourcing, analysis, and execution of acquisitions and development opportunities.
- Develop and test comprehensive investment and development feasibility models.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present investment papers, submissions, and performance reports.
- Assist with due diligence across acquisitions and transactions.
- Monitor and forecast the performance of investments and funds under management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external advisors, capital partners, and agents.
- 2–5 years' experience in property, corporate finance, funds management, law, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel expertise) and confidence in cash flow analysis.
- Experience in acquisitions, property development, or investment structuring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to distill complex ideas clearly.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a drive to find opportunities and deliver results.
