About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in overseeing property projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate key deliverables with Program Leads, driving more efficient and effective project outcomes.
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, and governance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams to maintain clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships by keeping them informed on progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Support business cases and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience in leading organisation-wide projects, including managing external vendors.
  • A background in building projects is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to influence and present information clearly.
  • Skilled in project management tools and Microsoft Office, with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative, resilient, and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
