Property Project Manager Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a property group within their project team managing the process from listing to handover. Working with external partners to have properties ready to hit the executive rental market.

The position would ideally suit someone who has worked in sales departments or Property Management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients to ensure smooth communication and transaction processes.
  • Liaising with partners including furnisher stylists, photographers, and management teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Meeting with furnisher stylists to assist with styling and coordinate interior design efforts.
  • Collaborating with photographers to capture high-quality images of properties.
  • Assessing properties and identifying any maintenance or repair requirements, liaising with trades as needed.
  • Attending weekly/fortnightly meetings with guest services teams to discuss progress and address concerns.
  • Coordinating key arrangements and ensuring timely access for clients and stakeholders.

About You:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • You should be able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to project manage and work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the property industry and its dynamics is preferred.
