Job Description

As a Junior Assistant Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Development Manager to achieve project deliverables within the agreed time and cost framework.

The ideal candidate will have a property-related degree and excellent organizational and administrative skills. You will be responsible for assisting with site acquisition, market research, and coordination of consultant teams.

You will also assist in preparing project reports and presentations, as well as coordinating weekly sales and settlements forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
