Fleet Operations Coordinator

As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our fleet operations across multiple locations. This role involves tracking custodian changes, following up on driver-related infringements, and managing toll accounts and E-tags usage.
The Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in this capacity. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and collating Fringe Benefits Tax declarations
- Co-ordinating annual FBT declarations
- Managing motor insurance administration and queries
In addition, you will assist with service queries, repairs authorizations, disposals administration, and registration/inspection issues, as well as new vehicle quotes, orders, and delivery scheduling.
About YouWe are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task and work under limited supervision.
You should have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with our wider business network.
A knowledge of mechanical repairs or the automotive industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
