Transport Operations Coordinator

About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our transport operations team as a Transport Operations Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in managing fleet operations and supporting the training and development of volunteer drivers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily fleet coordination across all sites, scheduling and managing vehicle servicing, and assisting clients with mobility needs as required. Additionally, you will conduct ride-alongs, safety assessments, and reviews to ensure safe and reliable transport services for clients.

You will work closely with operations and compliance teams to support WHS and service excellence, and contribute to delivering safe and reliable transport services for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily fleet coordination across all sites
  • Scheduling and managing vehicle servicing
  • Assisting clients with mobility needs as required
  • Reporting and compliance
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a transport, automotive, or fleet management environment
  • Experience delivering training, inductions, or safety briefings
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain)
