About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating our National Fleet operations and administration from our head office. This temporary position is a 12-month opportunity to work with a high-performing Sales team and make a meaningful contribution to our success.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage fleet administration, including processing registration renewals, managing insurance claims, and assisting staff queries.
  • Coordinate interstate vehicle changeovers, book transport for auctions, and manage new demonstrator vehicles.
  • Handle purchase orders, invoices, and fleet warehouse duties; manage grounding and acceptance paperwork.
  • Oversee account management, including Linkt, ChargeFox, and Viva Energy accounts; process tolls and infringements, and manage fuel cards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Motor Vehicle Industry & Fleet Management
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (mainly Excel & Word)
  • Sound communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good collaborative skills with the ability to co-operate with employees at all levels
