This is a key role in supporting customers during challenging times.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end claims: Oversee low-complexity Workers Compensation claims from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and timely resolution.
  • Assess liability and coverage: Gather facts, apply relevant laws, and issue appropriate notices and correspondence for new and ongoing claims.
  • Maintain accurate data: Capture and update claims information in line with best practices and compliance standards.
  • Ensure quality and consistency: Follow Zurich's governance requirements, policies, procedures, and relevant Workers Compensation legislation.
  • Communicate effectively: Provide regular updates and support to customers, ensuring they feel informed and cared for throughout their claim.
  • Coordinate medical support: Organize medical examinations and investigations to help customers return to work.
  • Support the team: Assist colleagues with administrative tasks, updating records, and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.

This role requires experience in managing end-to-end claims, assessing liability, gathering information, and working towards timely resolution. Ideally, you bring 1–2 years' experience handling Workers Compensation claims.
