We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Claims Resolution Specialists across WA.
About the Role- Support customers on their return-to-work journey by acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders.
- Evaluate and manage claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legislative codes and company policies.
- Conduct face-to-face sessions with stakeholders through case conferencing, claims reviews, and onsite visits.
- Analyze claims data and develop effective strategies to resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with workers and employers, setting expectations and educating them on legislative obligations.
- A high degree of influencing skills, partnered with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-centric approach which sees you optimize outcomes for your customers.
- Proven ability to demonstrate resilience in managing challenging scenarios.
- Developed time management skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- A keen willingness to learn and proactively engage in a fast-paced, dynamic team.
- Managing the end-to-end claims process.
- Providing support and guidance to injured workers and their employers.
- Conducting case conferences, claims reviews, and onsite visits.
- Developing and executing claim strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with all legislative codes and company policies.
