Claims Resolution Specialist
The successful candidate will provide high-level expertise and manage claims to determine coverage, maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers.
Serving as an advisor to a portfolio of SME to Corporate clients, building trust and delivering exceptional service.
- Handle specialist financial lines claims with a focus on client advocacy and policy interpretation.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients and brokers, from the initial notification to final settlement.
- Offer expert guidance on policy coverage and respond to queries from brokers and clients.
- Manage moderate to complex claims in accordance with established processes.
- Ideally someone with 3-5 years of insurance claims experience, preferably in financial lines.
- A Law Degree and ANZIIF qualifications will be advantageous but not a prerequisite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to maintain strong relationships.
- Willingness to go the extra mile for client satisfaction and build a solid career foundation in the insurance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team or autonomously.
