
Claims Resolution Professional

We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to manage motor claims, providing exceptional service to our members.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of motor vehicle liability principles and excellent communication, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of motor claims to maximize outcomes.
- Negotiate liability with other insurers and third parties.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Monitor settlement performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all claims are handled in line with policies, procedures, authority limits, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Deliver service that consistently exceeds member expectations.
Requirements:
- Experience in motor claims settlements or claims handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-orientated individual.
- Previous experience in the motor insurance industry highly regarded.
