Crèche Manager

We're seeking an experienced and passionate leader to head our Kids Cartel team in a new club. This part-time leadership role is ideal for someone who's confident managing a team, loves working with children, and thrives in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will lead a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing a high-quality childcare service. The role involves overseeing daily operations, developing strategies to improve services, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective childcare policies and procedures
  • To oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • To maintain accurate records and reports
  • To provide excellent customer service to parents and children

Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in childcare management
  • Proven track record of improving services and achieving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
