
Childcare Service Leader

The role of a Childcare Coordinator is a vital position in ensuring the well-being and care of children outside of school hours. As an OSHC Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading your own service, providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families.
About The RoleYou will design and deliver engaging programs for children of various ages, build positive relationships as the face of the service in your school community, mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry, and oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.
About YouYou are passionate about making a difference in children's lives and thrive on building strong, positive relationships. While experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred, it's not essential.
Required Skills And Qualifications- A completed or currently studying ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
- A valid Employee Working with Children Check.
- Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates, and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
