Unlock your potential as a leader in childcare by working with us. As an Outside of School Hours Care / Childcare - 2IC, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for children.
You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday, ensuring the safety and compliance of our services with industry regulations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Fostering genuine relationships with children and their families.
- Engaging with the school community and supporting program compliance.
As a leader in childcare, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and confident communication with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone with previous experience in Before and After School Care or education. If you don't have the relevant qualifications, we offer training to support your development.
- A strong team player mindset is essential, along with problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Possessing a relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards) as per ACECQA standards is also required.
