Education and Care Professional

We are seeking an exceptional Education and Care Professional to lead our team and ensure quality outcomes for children. As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for providing guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse group of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a child care service as a Centre Director or similar, with a minimum of 2 years experience
  • Providing in-depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children
  • Guiding and supporting a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students
  • Mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights
  • Validating a Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
