Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team. As an OSHC Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our OSHC service, providing high-quality care and education to children.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and staff. You will also have experience in the childcare/OSHC industry, with a recognized qualification in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create engaging programs, mentor your team, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in the childcare/OSHC industry, preferably with a recognized qualification in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
