Key Responsibilities

  • Develop flexible learning solutions that cater to diverse needs and skill levels.
  • Conduct Learning Needs Assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Analyse and interpret employee learning data to inform strategic decisions and improve outcomes.
About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in adult education, instructional design, or eLearning.
  • Sound knowledge and application of adult workplace learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and development of learning experiences and resources.
  • Knowledge of learning principles and practices, as well as current and future trends in digital technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to scope realistic projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals and teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Capacity to source and analyse data to inform decision-making and improve learning solutions.
